How do the Woodworx Memberships work?
Each plan includes a set number of handyman visits per year. During a visit, our 2-man crew tackles your punch-list, preventative maintenance, and safety checks — all within the included labor minutes. You’ll also receive a Woodworx Home Health Report™ with photos and recommendations.
What kinds of tasks are included?
- Tightening handles, hinges, or rails
- Caulking, touch-up paint, minor drywall patches
- Fixture, bulb, or outlet/switch swaps (non-diagnostic electrical)
- Faucet, showerhead, or toilet repairs (non-major plumbing)
- Filter changes, smoke alarm checks, seasonal prep
Heads up: Larger remodels or specialty trades (HVAC, roofing, major plumbing/electrical, appliances) are quoted separately — members still get priority and preferred rates.
Do unused minutes roll over?
No. Included labor resets each visit to keep things simple. Need more time? We continue at your discounted member rate.
What if my repair needs more time than my plan covers?
We complete what we can within your included minutes, then quote the remainder at your member rate. Approve more time same day or schedule another visit — your call.
Do I have to commit for a full year?
No — month-to-month with 30-day notice. Annual members pay for 10 months and get 12 (2 months free).
How much money will I actually save?
What if I need an emergency repair?
- VIP: 1 free emergency call-out/year (≈ $380 value)
- Platinum: 2 call-outs + same-week completion guarantee
- Essential & Premium: Priority scheduling over non-members
What about materials?
Materials are billed separately. Members get preferred pricing on common items (filters, caulk, bulbs, plumbing parts, etc.).
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month with 30-day notice. No hidden fees.
